Gym Time


Wanted to share a workout I developed using my Men’s Health Total Fitness Guide.  Not going to get you huge, but will definitely tone you up… You’ll get some weird looks in the gym on some of these workouts, but honestly I’ve had a few people intrigued by it and start it themselves.  I’m a runner, but just don’t want that “dollar a day” feeds me look.  Enjoy and please share any tips you may have with a submittal or in the comments…
